Pricing:Prices & Products provided here represent only a sampling of possiblities. Other choices, including price range, are available for most items. Volume discounts are available. Bid Requests are accepted ONLY when full, complete and detailed specifications are provided.

Planning: Professional assistance is available. Whether your objective is to increase sales, promote safety or trade show attendance or simply build name recognition- we're here to help.

Guarantee: All products are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and materials. Custom promotional products are guaranteed to be printed as requested or an adjustment or replacement will be made.

Shipping: Shipping charges are based on merchandise weight, destination and value, and are billed without markups or "handling" charges. Your Order Confirmation will list additional charges (such as customization), shipping costs, expected ship date and order total.

Deadlines: We can meet any reasonable in-hand date. Rush service is available on most custom work for an additional charge. We won't promise what we can't deliver.

Privacy Policy: THE STUDIO is committed to protecting the privacy rights of our customers. These rights are ensured through the Privacy Act, other federal statutes and THE STUDIO's own policies & practices. We will not collect personal information about you just because you have chosen to visit our site. THE STUDIO does not use "cookies," a file placed on a visitor's hard drive that allows a web site to monitor the individual's use of the site. No attempts are made to identify individual users unless illegal behavior is suspected.

We do monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage to our web service. We do not email personal data, such as account or credit card information.

While we utilize all possible means to insure security, including firewalls and SSL servers, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of general Internet transmissions. You must decide if you want to assume the risk of an unauthorized person learning your email address or any other personal information you provide.

Established in 1978, The Studio originated online Promotion Merchandise sales & service with our online showroom in 1992. The Studio opened for business in Washington DC in 1978, later moving our offices to Lost River, WV. In 1992 we launched the Advertising Specialty Industry onto the Internet. Our mission; to deliver the professional graphic and marketing expertise our regional clients' enjoyed, to a larger audience. Our philosophy is simple: Offer a wide selection of leading products at competitive prices and provide high quality customer service via phone or eMail. Our customers place orders with confidence, knowing they will be completed on time and accurately according to the high Design Studio standards we've delivered for more than 31 years.

We're delighted to meet new customers and assist in your product selection, graphic decoration and help you get the most out of your promotional dollars, including some effective imprinting 'tricks'. In addition to attentive support, The Studio provides fast, custom quotes on the products you're most interested in. A key way we provide top-notch service is via our LOGO emPowered platform. Simply tell us which products you want quoted and we'll deliver a customized sales presentation - in 24 hours or less - complete with photos, descriptions and pricing designed to fit your budget.

An Overview of the Ordering Process
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an eMail notification that we have received your order and instructions on how to send us your artwork. Then, one of our graphic experts will be assigned to oversee your project. They will check product availability, review your order, advise of any potential problems with artwork and provide solution, imprint issues and delivery times.

Once your order is reviewed, we will fax or email an acknowledgement with your proof showing the artwork to be printed and its placement on your selected item. Returning this acknowledgement within 24 hours will maintain your project's expected ship date.

Delayed approvals may require expedited shipping if your event schedule has a specific "in-hand-need-date" or possibly rush production charges. These are avoidable expenses!

Returns: after proof approval and the product has been imprinted (according to the faxed proof) there are no product returns accepted.

Pre-Production Proofs: we can produce an actual proof of your item with your imprint prior to running your entire order. We recommend this on orders where time permits. Pre-production proofs typically incur an additional charge for screens and setups plus the cost of the item and can add 5-10 days to the order process.

Artwork
Artwork is best when created in VECTOR format (.eps or .ai). If vector art is not available, bitmap in black & white, high resolution may be acceptable. In this case vector art will be converted for you, usually without charge. If art has to be created, the cost is typically around $10-15.
